We were thrilled that Minister Lisa Beare, responsible for Tourism, Arts and Culture, spent some time in our region this week. Minister Beare toured Fernie, Fort Steele, Kimberley, Cranbrook, Invermere and Radium Hot Springs. She was impressed with the beauty of the area, friendly communities and the local pride in regional accomplishments.
