SHE MEANS IMPACT

September 17 – Golden

Join Community Futures East Kootenay and WeBC for She Means Impact, an in-person event for women entrepreneurs, business owners and community minded leaders. The event is designed for women at all stages of business, from aspiring entrepreneurs to established business owners.


KORE OUTDOORS SUMMIT

September 17-18 – Kimberley Conference Centre, BC

The KORE Outdoors Summit is Canada’s only conference dedicated to outdoor gear and the rec-tech manufacturing and product design sector that creates it. The event takes place at the Kimberley Alpine Resort’s Conference Centre and anyone interested in outdoor gear design and manufacturing is invited to attend.


BUILDING TALENT ADVANTAGE

September 23 – Cranbrook

Join the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce for Building Cranbrook’s Talent Advancage, an engaging community event bringing together educators, employers, business leaders and community partners to explore how to strengthen Cranbrook’s workforce and create new opportunities for local talent. Hosted at the College of the Rockies, a free event but registration is required.


MOUNTAIN BIKING BC INDUSTRY ROUNDTABLE

October 1-2 – Nelson

Join Mountain Biking BC for an industry regional roundtable bringing together tourism and mountain bike sector partners together. This roundtable is designed to align regional priorities, strengthen partnerships and help shape the future of mountain biking in BC. The working session will focus on practical discussion, networking and provincial initiatives that support trail development, tourism and the mountain bike sector.


KOOTENAY TOURISM SUMMIT

October 27 & 28 – Fernie, BC

This 2-day event provides awesome opportunities for networking, professional development and peer learning. The program kicks off on Tuesday afternoon and will include guest speakers, thought leaders and inspiring panelists from around the region and beyond. INDIGENOUS TOURISM GATHERING & AGM

November 3-6 – Vancouver, BC

The event will bring together Indigenous tourism businesses, community leaders and industry partners from across the province. The annual gathering is a key moment to connect, share knowledge, celebrate successes and shape a future for Indigenous tourism in BC that is grounded in culture, collaboration and community.  Mark your calendar – more details to follow.


TOURISM CONGRESS

November 17-19 – Fredericton Convention Centre, NB

Tourism experts will gather in Fredericton, New Brunswick to explore the 2026 Congress theme of Access: Unlocking Canada’s Tourism Advantage. This year’s program will feature several updates designed to enhance the delegate experience, including expanded networking opportunities, integrating the Canadian Tourism Awards further in the Congress experience, and more.
